Workday Functional Analyst – Talent, Learning & Recruitment

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Workday Talent, Learning & Recruiting Functional Analyst to be a core member of our Workday support team at Randstad. In this role,



you will be the primary point of contact for HR users, providing expert functional support across the Workday Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules. You will deliver hands-on consultation, system administration, operational support, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the platform.
This position requires strong functional knowledge across the Workday Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules. Within Talent, this includes performance management, goal management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and skills. Within Learning, this includes learning administration, course and content management, learning assignments, and learning campaigns.
