Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager for delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. In this role, you will have a strong ownership in ensuring project efficiency by engaging in stakeholder communication, preparing and maintain project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, planning tasks and managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders to help drive project success in a rapid-paced tech environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, milestones,



deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, and budget
Lead execution across all project phases including initiation, planning, delivery, UAT, deployment, and closure
Track project progress using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence) and ensure timely delivery
Own project tracking - timelines, effort, budget, and burn rates
Identify variances early and implement corrective actions to minimize delivery risk
Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards through defined acceptance criteria and governance checks
Support forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting as required
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summa
