Key Accountabilities
•Ensuring that the AOM methodology and disciplines align with the broader enterprise standards, and uplifts as the enterprise model continues to mature.
•Aom Delivery's -Facilitate both group and 1:1 session in the roll out of performance excellence and active operations management resulting in achievement of certification within the AOM methodology
•Actively provide feedback to leaders on operational effectiveness opportunities thus uplifting capability and effective metric management
•Engage and develop strong relationships with team leader and up to Head of levels within NAB
•Supporting NAB leadership team and executive management with effective and insightful management information
•Driving AOM data curiosity across NAB, ensuring insights are identified with res
