We are seeking a Digital Transformation Support Analyst to support the maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation solutions and digital tools within Core Transport. Based in Pune and reporting to the Transformation Manager, this role is ideal for individuals with a foundation in automation, scripting, APIs, and database management who are passionate about enabling operational efficiency and supporting digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will provide first-line support for automation-related issues, collaborate with operational teams, and contribute to the delivery of reliable and effective automation solutions.What you’ll do
Act as the first point of contact for automation-related queries and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
Support the day-to-day operation, stability, and performance of automation tools, workflows
