The Branch Manager, reporting into Regional Manager North, will be responsible for the overall profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth of the Gurgaon branch. The role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales, manage branch operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with company policies while achieving branch revenue and profitability targets.

Business Development
Develop and execute the branch's sales strategy to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
Acquire new customers across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, Transportation, and Project Logistics.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive account growth.
Identify new business opportunities within the NCR region.
Represent Boltcargo at customer meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Branch Operations
Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficient and timely execution of shipments.
Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, Finance,



and overseas partners to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
Monitor shipment performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer escalations promptly.

Financial Management
Achieve branch revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets.
Prepare and manage the annual branch budget.
Monitor branch expenses and optimize operational costs.
Ensure timely invoicing and collections while maintaining healthy debtor ageing.
Review branch profitability and implement corrective actions where required.

Team Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and develop branch employees.
Set individual performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
Ensure adequate training and professional development for team members.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain robust relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
