Job Description
Responsibilities : Develop and implement global operational excellence strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability across delivery operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities in operational processes and service delivery models. Lead and mentor teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation methodologies. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to assess the impact of initiatives and guide strategic decision-making.
