Role Overview

As a Process Trainer you will drive talent development initiatives by designing and delivering high-impact training programs. You will onboard recent hires, upskill existing employees, and ensure strict process adherence and compliance across our operations.

Training Delivery & Assessment




New Hire Training: Facilitate engaging and comprehensive process training sessions for new hires within your designated global region.
Cross-Training & Refreshers: Deliver cross-training across different LOBs as business needs dictate, and conduct regular refresher sessions to keep existing employees up-to-date.
Knowledge Assessments: Design, administer, and evaluate Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs) to ensure high levels of comprehension and readiness.

Performance Analysis & Improvement
Gauge Efficacy: Conduct regular performance analyses to measure the effectiveness of training programs on operational metrics.
Identify Gaps: Proactively identify knowledge gaps and report non-performances to reporting authorities and relevant stakeholders.
Drive Solutions: Formulate and suggest targeted training interventions and coaching plans to improve overall team performance and quality.
