ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities
Own quality governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement for RCM processes




Handle client calls & reviews, present insights, RCA, and improvement plans
Lead and mentor AMs / Quality teams
Drive audit readiness, compliance, and closure of findings (CAPA)
Identify and implement automation & transformation initiatives
Partner with Training to close skill gaps and improve performance
Deliver data-driven reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights
Requirements
10–15+ years in RCM with strong Quality leadership experience
Experience in client handling, audits, and team management
Exposure to automation / transformation initiatives
Lean Six Sigma / quality certifications preferred
