This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully
owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities





* Maintain general ledger activity for management companies, general partners,
and related entities.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including
balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
* Record and reconcile revenue streams, including management fees, incentive
fees, carried interest allocations, and fund reimbursements.
* Manage accounts payable, expense accruals, prepaid schedules, amortizations,
and intercompany transactions.
* Conduct variance analyses and provide financial insights to leadership and
department heads.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal planning processes.
* Maintain cash flow schedules, monitor liquidity, and assist with treasury
functions.
* Track and allocate shared expenses across funds and management entities.
* Assist with annual audits and financial reviews, preparing required
supporting documentation (if required).
