The Infrastructure Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for managing and guiding a team that ensures effective and effective Citi infrastructure in coordination with the Technology Team. This C14 Infrastructure Group Manager role is a senior-level leader responsible to manage Web & App Middleware build, cloud transformation, automation and key initiatives in addition to Banamex build projects and repatriation. This role involves developing strategies, managing resources and budgets, and resolving complex technical issues. It also involves contributing to cloud-native architecture, containerization, CI/CD, and mitigating infrastructure risks. This role requires experience in Middleware technology infrastructure role, strong people management skills, and the ability to manage risk and ensure compliance within a large-scale environment.




Championing and defining the broader strategic roadmap for cloud transformation initiatives, such as the re-platforming of traditional infrastructure middleware to OpenShift. This role involves empowering and guiding multiple application teams to effectively implement cloud-first strategies within their respective areas, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring consistent adoption of cloud, container, GENAI-based tools, CI/CD, and microservices practices across the organization. It also includes allocating resources strategically for large-scale transformation projects and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
