We're hiring a Director of Data Engineering to lead our Marketing Technology Data Engineering team. You'll take over ownership of a solid, established senior engineering bench and set technical direction for the data platforms powering marketing analytics, attribution,



and activation across the business. This is a director-level role reporting into the Director, Marketing Technology and Engineering, with direct people management of senior data engineers.

What You'll Do:
Technical Leadership
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Design and optimize data models across warehouse and lakehouse environments
• Partner with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code review standards, and documentation norms
• Evaluate and champion new data technologies and frameworks
People Management
• Directly manage 3+ Senior Data Engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and career development support
• Set clear goals, conduct regular 1:1s, and lead performance reviews
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
