Job Opening: Vice Principal
Medium: Gujarati
Timing: 8–8.5 hours/day (Mon–Sat)
Salary: 5 LPA to 6 LPA

Role Purpose
Serve as the operational lead of daily school life, supporting the Principal and Academic Head in curriculum implementation, student welfare, discipline, teacher development, events, and parent/staff communications.

Key Responsibilities
Implement yearly plans, schedules, and routines.

Oversee execution of calendars, events, orientations, co‑curriculars, trips, and functions.

Manage records of admissions, academic, and student progress.

Conduct walk‑throughs, lesson plan checks, and mentor teachers.

Handle student discipline and maintain school culture.

Manage budgets, fee collection, vendor payments, and admin procedures.

Ensure statutory compliances,



documentation, and Board exam administration.

Build external relationships for training, workshops, and recruitment.

Oversee transport, inventory, uniforms, textbooks, and extracurricular activities.

Ensure timely communication with parents via circulars and notices.
