About the Role:
We are looking for a Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience (minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master) who can effectively facilitate Agile teams while bringing strong capabilities in delivery metrics, dashboards and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve visibility and insights into team performance.

What You'll Do:
Serve as a Servant Leader and coach Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
