Business Development Intern (BDI) – Job Description

Eligibility: 2025, 2026, and 2027 graduates

Duration: 3-month internship

Compensation

₹15,000 per month as a stipend

₹10,000 as a performance-based variable incentive

Full-Time Opportunity

Successful interns may receive a full time employment offer with a CTC of ₹3–6 LPA, based on their performance.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and converting them into enrollments in a target-driven environment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Reach out to prospective customers through calls and digital channels.
Identify and qualify potential leads.




Explain the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to drive conversions.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
