Your future role

field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of
professionals.

You'll play a key role in ensuring optimal fleet performance and reliability,
contributing to the efficiency and safety of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll
work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Project Organization,
Industrial, Sourcing, EHS, Quality), provide technical support for
troubleshooting and reliability improvements, and much more.





You’ll specifically take care of analyzing fleet performance and implementing
improvement opportunities, but also support the development of cutting-edge
solutions to enhance maintenance processes.

We’ll look to you for:

* Providing technical support for efficient troubleshooting and reliability
improvements.

* Proposing and implementing innovative solutions in maintenance projects.

* Analyzing technical performance and maintenance processes to promote action
plans for improvement.

* Conducting failure criticality studies and optimizing maintenance
requirements using methodologies like RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance).

* Creating analytics reports using tools such as Tableau and supporting the
improvement of diagnostic tools like HealthHub.

* Managing and developing the Fleet Support team to achieve project QCD
targets.
