What would you do? The Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end accounting and reporting services within a Shared Services environment. The role supports timely and accurate period close,



balance sheet integrity, compliance with accounting policies, and continuous improvement of R2R processes and controls. The R2R Analyst works closely with Finance Business Partners, FP&A;, AP/AR, Tax, Treasury, and auditors to ensure financial results are complete, accurate, and delivered to agreed timelines and service levels.
What are we looking for? Technical Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and financial reporting tools. Ability to interpret financial data and explain drivers clearly. Strong attention to detail and data integrity mindset.
