We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate - Balance Sheet Steering and Optimisation.
In this role, you will:

Monitoring and providing insights to ensure a granular and active steering capability to optimize Banking and Global CIB RoTE.
Collaboration to deliver precision pricing framework and metrics to effectively signal correct economics to bankers, supporting accurate decisioning and growth.
Supporting operation of an effective Global Booking Model for Banking, including effective internal distribution model.
Operating marginal pricing pilots and capability,



including pricing signals to Strategic Client Origination.
Distribution requests to Portfolio Optimisation.
Compliance with applicable regulation and Group policies and governance frameworks.

The roleholder will interact regularly with Functional Teams – Treasury, Business Finance, Risk, COO and front line bankers as necessary. Governance should be in accordance with Group standards policy and procedures.
