Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for managing the quality
assurance process, developing test strategies, leading a team of QA engineers,
and ensuring that products meet quality standards before release. This role
requires robust leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with
cross-functional teams.

Core Duties

* Lead, mentor, and manage QA engineers. Assign tasks and monitor team
performance.
* Define and implement QA processes and methodologies.
* Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
* Establish quality metrics and KPIs.
* Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
* Oversee manual and automated testing activities.
* Review and approve test cases and scripts.
* Support automation framework development and maintenance.
* Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
* Provide quality reports and release readiness assessments.




* Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging testing tools.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

* Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Experience with test management tools.
* Hands-on experience with automation tools.
* Aptitude for data analysis & problem solving.
* Process-orientation with attention to detail.
* 3 years of experience in software testing.
* 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
* Desire to coach and lead a QA team.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
