Meet the Team
Core to the health and growth of our business, the Information Technology organization supports Millennium’s active, multi-manager business model through flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems. Within that workplace, the IT Infrastructure team is responsible for supporting and operating the firm’s core technology foundation across cloud, information security, data centers, desktops, networks,



and platform services. The team strengthens shared infrastructure, reliability, monitoring, and change management so the broader business and technology organization can operate securely, efficiently, and at scale.
What You'll Do
Serve as the subject matter expert for voice, video, and supporting infrastructure applications and platforms
Ensure infrastructure designs and technologies align with firm standards, architectural principles, and industry best practices
Continuously assess platform effectiveness and drive technical direction, upgrade planning, and improvement initiatives
Develop short-term and long-term technical solutions that address business needs and IT requirements
Implement and maintain technologies that protect data availability, message confidentiality, and system integrity
Document infrastructure, operating procedures, engineering diagrams, operations manuals, and run books to suppor
