Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Center Executive to
join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a call
center environment,



demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong
customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
* Provide accurate information to customers regarding our logistics services.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the
database.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve
service processes.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer
satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
* Working knowledge of logistics and or supply chain operations is a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain composure under pressure.
