IS Support Specialist
Location: Hyderabad Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days in the Office
About the Role
As an IS Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and operational assistance to employees across the organization. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing IT assets, supporting infrastructure initiatives, and ensuring a high-quality end-user experience. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with solid troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting enterprise technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role Responsibilities – Here's What You'll Do
Coordinate and respond to technical support requests involving Windows and macOS computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, desk phones, and audio/video equipment; troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate hardware and software issues through phone, email, chat, remote support, and in-person interactions
Document support incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities,



and resolutions within the IT service management platform; deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining agreed service levels
Maintain inventory records for hardware, software, and software licenses; coordinate warranty registrations, repairs, returns, and replacements with external vendors; assist with equipment procurement, deployment, recovery, and lifecycle management
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors; assist with implementation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of corporate infrastructure and business applications
Participate in office moves, workstation deployments, refresh programs, and technology upgrade initiatives; support local office technology operations and remote employees across the region
Mentor and assist junior team members; share technical knowledge, best practices, and operational improvements; collaborate with global IS teams to achieve operationa
