What would you do? The Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end accounting and reporting services within a Shared Services environment. The role supports timely and accurate period close,



balance sheet integrity, compliance with accounting policies, and continuous improvement of R2R processes and controls. The R2R Analyst works closely with Finance Business Partners, FP&A;, AP/AR, Tax, Treasury, and auditors to ensure financial results are complete, accurate, and delivered to agreed timelines and service levels. Success Measures (KPIs) Close timeliness and quality (on-time close, low post-close adjustments) Reconciliation completeness and aging of open items Audit outcomes and control compliance Accuracy of journals and reporting outputs Stakeholder satisfaction and responsiveness Contribution to process improvements/automation
