Role

The Program Documentation and Learning Coordinator will act as an internal knowledge hub, synthesizing qualitative insights from state teams into structured, easily accessible repositories. This role ensures best practices and success stories are well organized for critical stakeholder meetings, while championing knowledge dissemination across the team and proactively identifying gaps in current understanding to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Collate and maintain a structured repository of best practices, key initiatives,



and implementation challenges across programmes
Build, organize, and maintain an intuitive knowledge repository, categorizing information into meaningful, searchable buckets
Translate synthesized data into engaging written communications (emails, newsletters), presentation decks, and active contributions during team meetings
Critically evaluate collected information to identify missing pieces or blind spots in programmatic understanding
Proactively communicate gaps to relevant state teams and create resources to bridge them

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, knowledge management, or qualitative research
Experience in the Indian education sector an added advantage
Proven ability to sift through large amounts of unstructured, qualitative information and distill it into clear, actionable insights
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tail
