Role
This is a fresher-friendly Telecaller role, ideal for individuals with solid communication skills who want to engage donors and supporters over the phone, helping drive TLMTI's fundraising outreach from Bangalore.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective donors and supporters
Explain the mission, work, and impact of the organization clearly
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and donor interactions
Meet daily and monthly outreach and fundraising targets
Represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner
Requirements
No experience required, freshers and experienced candidates both eligible
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic phone handling and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking over calls and ability to engage with people effectively
Passion to work in the social sector is an advantage
