Lead technology Deployment activities across spaces in automotive lubricants in line with business requirement.
Operate as subject matter expert with other experts and technologists to; deliver proof of performance testing, deploy products, train the trainer for product launches, support existing technology,



customers and current business (including technical input to tenders).
Build and manage positive relationships with internal customers (Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Sales) and external customers (OEMs, industry bodies, suppliers) to co-create technology solutions, accelerate deployment, and ensure alignment with business priorities, market needs, and evolving legislative requirements
Provide technology expertise in customer support by product recommendation, resolution of application & performance problems; counterfeits; product waivers; material substitution; specifications; applications.
Present technical material at customer events, at external technical seminars and conferences, drive technical advocacy to showcase technology innovations.
Provide product and application advice with training to technical network/sales technical staff. Provide input and advice into new product developme
