The Chance
We are looking for a relentless, network-driven Strategic Partnership Lead to expand our employer network. Your primary mandate will be to connect with Talent Acquisition Leads, CTOs, HR Directors, and Staffing Heads across tech clusters to execute formal MoUs and hiring agreements.
You will position EvalentX's pre-assessed, sandbox-verified candidate pools as the ultimate replacement for top-of-funnel screening queues.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Corporate MoUs: Pitch, negotiate,



and finalize formal hiring agreements and MoUs with IT services firms, enterprise SaaS companies, product studios, and high-growth startups to hire EvalentX-assessed talent.
Employer Onboarding: Introduce TA leads and CTOs to our "Skill Passport" and "Talent Heatmap" ecosystem, demonstrating how pre-verified candidate code and audio clips cut time-to-hire by 60%.
Build Hiring Channels: Establish recurring hiring pipelines for our Tier 1 (High Growth) and Tier 2 (Production Ready) candidates across regional, pan-India, and remote tech markets.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between corporate hiring managers and our university partner networks to ensure high candidate interview-to-selection conversion rates.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in B2B Corporate Relations, EdTech Corporate Sales, Campus Alliances, or IT Staffing BD.
Existing Network: A warm, active network of HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Directors, and CTOs
