About the role
TikTok is where beauty and wellness products get discovered in those markets, and it is the channel we are building around. We are looking for a specialist to own it end to end: organic content, creator partnerships, TikTok Shop, and paid.

This is a hands-on role, not a strategy-deck role.



You will be planning content, running campaigns, working with creators, watching what performs, and adjusting.

What you will do
- Own TikTok content strategy and publishing rhythm for UK and US audiences
- Set up and manage TikTok Shop, starting with the UK
- Build and run a creator and affiliate programme with micro-creators in beauty and wellness
- Plan and run campaigns, including Spark Ads if needed, with structured creative testing
- Brief and direct UGC creators
- Report on what is working, and act on it

What we are looking for
- Demonstrable experience running TikTok accounts or TikTok ad accounts for a UK or US audience. We may ask for handles and numbers.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or an adjacent consumer category
- Working knowledge of TikTok Shop mechanics, including how creator commissions are set and paid
- Comfort working India hours while publishing into UK and
