Duties And Responsibilities
Business P&L; Management
Liaising with finance team for P&L; alignment
Preparation of Monthly Management reporting -Monthly financial trackers, deck
Help business to track their budget v/s actuals on monthly basis
Annual Budgeting: Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Long-range Strategy (LRS) for business
Liaising with Marketing team for visibility @POS
Connect with ARU team for monthly campaign (SMS/Email/notification) for Dealer Offers
Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting current and innovating promotion plan for the business
Key Decisions / Dimensions
Hiring,
training, and retaining the team
Interaction with sales team as per business requirement
Interaction with finance team for business P&L; alignment & management
Interaction with ARU team for campaign management
Major Challenges
Working together and coordinating with various business stakeholders becomes a challenge at this role
Required Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
MBA / Bachelors with a minimum 6-7 years of Sales experience
Work Experience
Graduation with 6 to 7 years of and MBA with 5-6 years of relevant experience
Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment
People & Relationship Management skills
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill
