About The Team

The Product Operations function at Tickertape sits at the heart of how our products actually work for users day to day - across investing, subscriptions, and digital gold. We work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Experience (CX) teams, and directly with external partners across brokerage, KYC/verification, payments, and gold to keep onboarding, transactions, and account servicing running reliably.

About The Role

As a Product Operations Associate, you will own end-to-end operational health across Tickertape's core products - from monitoring and resolving issues in real time, to identifying process gaps, setting up automations, and raising product requirements when operational issues point to a deeper product fix. You'll be the primary point of contact for select external partners and the L1 escalation point for CX on operational queries. You will report to the Product team, and be based out of Bangalore.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the health of user onboarding - monitoring KYC and account-activation flows end to end,



and flagging errors or drop-offs to the product team for prioritisation
Manage partner-facing operations across banking, payments, and settlement - tracking SLAs, resolving delays and discrepancies, and acting as the point of contact for partner escalations and current integrations
Monitor payment and transaction health across the board - success/failure rates, ledger reconciliation, and root-causing any surges in issues
Act as the L1 point of contact for CX on operational queries across products, and work with product/CX to build durable self-serve or CX-led resolution paths where possible
Own cross-product processes that cut across our different offerings (for example, account-detail changes that touch multiple systems at once) - these need a single owner to drive end to end
Proactively identify where manual, repeatable ops work can be automated, and drive that automation
