Position Overview

The Solution Architect is accountable for defining and owning the architecture strategy and multi-year technology roadmap for IAM. This role leads the development of IAM conceptual and logical architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Acting as the primary architectural authority for IAM, the Solution Architect partners closely with IT & Cybersecurity management, engineering, security and infrastructure teams to translate business capabilities into cohesive technology designs. The role provides architectural direction throughout the product lifecycle, guiding solution decisions, governing adherence to standards,



and identifying opportunities to enhance security, modernize platforms, reduce technical debt, and enable future innovation.

Responsibilities

Works on complex projects that require in-depth knowledge of all IAM capabilities within their architecture domain, providing architectural designs and guidance.
Provides direction, guidance, and definition of IT/Security architecture to effectively support the product and business strategy. Supports IAM architecture discipline and champions’ architectural initiatives according to the corporate standards.
Consults with project teams to fit projects to established architecture patterns, as well as to identify when it is necessary to modify the standard architectural patterns. Ensures the conceptual completeness of the technical solutions.
