Role Description The Accounts & Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. The manager will prepare and review financial statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards,



tax regulations, and statutory requirements. The role includes coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks, as well as implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes. The Accounts & Finance Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial analysis and insights that support business decisions, while supervising and mentoring accounting staff to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting and finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Experience with tax compliance, statutory filings, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced skills in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
