About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Business Development to drive business growth across identified regions, with a strong focus on FOCO expansion, channel partnerships, and direct sales for Bolt.Earth's EV charging solutions.





The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding channel partners, managing key customer relationships, and driving charger deployments while working closely with cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in channel sales, dealer/distributor management, business development, or enterprise sales within the EV, automotive, electrical, energy, or technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Drive business growth across the assigned territory by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Identify and develop opportunities across residential, commercial, fleet, and enterprise customers.
Generate a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

FOCO & Channel Expansion

Identify, onboard, and manage FOCO partners across the region.
