About This Role
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Business Finance professional to join our growing team. This role sits at the heart of FamPay's financial operations and strategy — you'll work closely with the founding team and business heads to drive financial rigour,
build scalable processes, and support critical business decisions. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup setting and want your work to have a direct impact on company outcomes, this is for you.
On the Job
Own Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including targets, budgets, and financial roadmap
Track key business metrics with business leads ensuring accuracy and insights
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across planning cycles
Prepare EBITDA and P&L; reports with commentary on key drivers
Build financial models for business units, cohorts, and new products
Partner with product, marketing, and operations for data-driven decisions
Support pricing strategy, unit economics, and go-to-market assessments
Evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and commercial agreements financially
Collaborate with controllership for timely and accurate monthly book close
Provide inputs for journal
