Develop reusable front-end code and libraries for future use.
Translate UI/UX wireframes and design concepts into production-ready code.
Validate technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance using techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting.
Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, team members, and stakeholders to improve usability.




Maintain high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
Apply up-to-date front-end technologies, best practices, architecture patterns, and security guidelines.
Demonstrate proficiency in UX/UI principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Anticipate industry trends and future technology or skill requirements.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, scope, and quality delivery.
Provide strong leadership, team management, training, and mentorship to junior team members.
