We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Design Specialist to lead the design of Contract Lifecycle Management (Sirion) and broader procurement technology landscape, with a strong emphasis on SaaS application onboarding, fitment into procurement workstreams, and seamless integration with the SAP ecosystem.
The role will define a cohesive, scalable, and optimized procurement architecture, ensuring that multiple SaaS tools are effectively aligned to Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, while maintaining SAP as the transactional backbone and Sirion as the contract system of record.
What You’ll Be Doing
1.
End-to-End Solution Architecture Design integrated CLM and procurement solutions with Sirion as the central CLM platform. Define architecture aligned with:
SAP S/4HANA (core procurement transactions)
SAP Ariba (sourcing and supplier collaboration) Establish a target-state procurement architecture incorporating multiple SaaS applications.
2. Sirion CLM Solution Leadership Own the design and implementation of Sirion CLM, including:
Contract templates and clause libraries
Workflow orchestration and approvals
Obligation and compliance tracking
Ensure robust linkage between contracts (Sirion) and execution (SAP systems).
3. SaaS Application Onboarding & Fitment (Core Capability) Lead evaluation, onboarding, and integration of procurement SaaS applications across:
Strategic sourcing (RFx), SLM, CLM, spend analytics, P2P
Conduct fitment analysis by:
Mapping tools to processes
Identifying gaps, overlaps, and dependencies
Ensure each application has a clearly defined role in the ecosystem.
