We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Senior Associate with 2–4 years of experience to lead and grow our Influencer Marketing vertical. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem with a proven record of driving revenue through strategic brand partnerships.

This role is about much more than chasing numbers. It's about opening doors, building meaningful relationships, understanding brands deeply, and creating partnerships that drive long-term growth.

You'll be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, reaching out to decision-makers, pitching Zyra Collective's services, and working closely with internal teams to convert conversations into successful campaigns.

This is NOT a passive account management role. We're looking for someone who's hungry, proactive, commercially sharp, and genuinely enjoys the art of selling - But even more importantly, someone who believes great business is built through authentic relationships with brand POCs, agency partners, internal team and the people behind them.

● What You'll Be Doing




Prospecting and identifying brands that are a strong fit for Zyra Collective's influencer marketing services.
Build and maintain CXO-level client relationships.
Researching and connecting with Brand Managers, Influencer leads, Marketing Managers, CMOs, CXOs, Founders, Digital marketing leads, and other decision-makers across industries.
Building high-quality lead lists through research, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and outbound prospecting.
Conducting intentional outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, WhatsApp, and networking. We value thoughtful personalization over mass copy-paste templates.
Booking meetings/calls, understanding client objectives, qualifying opportunities, and moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
Creating tailored proposals and presentations in collaboration with internal strategy and campaign teams.
