Job Summary
LatentView Analytics is looking for an experienced Tech Head – GenAI Solutions & Architecture to lead the design, delivery, and commercialization of enterprise AI solutions across Retail, CPG, Industrials, and other industry verticals. This leadership role combines deep technical expertise in AI/GenAI, architecture, engineering leadership, and business consulting to build scalable AI products and accelerators that solve complex business problems.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution architecture, lead high-performing engineering teams, define technology roadmaps, and collaborate with business stakeholders to bring cutting-edge AI solutions from concept to production while enabling go-to-market (GTM) success

Solution Architecture
Design scalable GenAI solutions leveraging OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other enterprise LLMs.
Architect production-grade RAG applications using vector databases, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and agentic AI frameworks.
Define secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Review solution designs to ensure scalability, security, compliance, reliability, and cost optimization.
AI Product & Platform Development
Lead development of enterprise AI products from ideation through production deployment.
Build reusable AI platforms, accelerators, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
Define product roadmaps, technical vision, and engineering milestones.
