As a Network L&D; Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.

As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership style to motivate, develop,



and inspire others to deliver quality outcomes. You are responsible for coaching, utilizing team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.
