Role Overview

The HR Apprentice will support HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes while gaining

structured, on-the-job training in line with the Apprenticeship program requirements. This role is

designed to build foundational HR capabilities across onboarding, HR administration, compliance,

and employee engagement within the India CoE.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding Support
Assist in pre-joining documentation and validation
Coordinate onboarding formalities and Day 1 activities
Ensure completion and accuracy of employee records in HR systems (e.g., Rippling)
Support induction/orienta
