Position Summary

The Manager – Engagement, Marketing & Communication will be responsible for executing and managing the organization's engagement, marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. The role will work closely with leadership and teams to build meaningful stakeholder relationships, enhance brand visibility, and tell compelling stories that showcase Bright Future India's impact. This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who enjoys creating campaigns, building partnerships, managing digital platforms, and delivering measurable communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach

Develop and execute engagement plans for donors, employers, volunteers, beneficiaries, alumni,



and prospective employees.
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, CSR partners, media representatives, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Coordinate outreach campaigns, networking initiatives, webinars, and engagement events.
Support employer branding and volunteer engagement initiatives in collaboration with HR and program teams.

Marketing & Brand Management

Execute integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen organizational visibility and reach.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all communication channels.
Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters, annual reports, case studies, and promotional material.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators whenever required.
