AyurGyan Nyas is a not-for-profit organization established in 2014 with the blessings of His Holiness The

14th Dalai Lama. The organization is dedicated to Promote social, emotional learning (SEL) and ethics education.

We are looking for professionals who are ready to tackle challenges and have a positive attitude towards problem solving in the education sector, professional & community spaces.

Job Profile : Project Associate

● Ideate, create, and design content for online/offline audiences.

● Develop activities for offline and online implementation.

● Strategize and oversee organizational development, verticals, and processes at AGN.

● Conduct field visits as per project plans.

● Facilitate training and workshops as directed by AGN.

● Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for seamless project execution.

● Ensure effective project implementation and monitoring.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute processes.

● Develop monitoring and evaluation tools for schools and community projects.

● Coordinate with the Project Assistant on data entry and computation.

● Prepare and deliver reports within timelines, incorporating feedback from AGN.

● Draft proposals and budgets for CSR and funding institutions.

● Handle additional tasks assigned by the General Secretary, AGN.





Essential Qualifications: -

1. Willingness to travel to the locations of project implementation, especially the hilly & difficult terrain.
2. Proficiency in languages – English and Hindi.
3. Master’s degree in social sciences, psychology, Buddhist Philosophy, social work or any related field.
4. Passionate about engaging with communities and interacting with children.

1. Fluent with verbal and written communication skills Tibetan, English and Hindi
2. A person who can bring innovative and original ideas to the table.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Valuable organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
5. A team player with good interpersonal skills capable of consultative processes.
6. A self-motivated person who can take initiative, with capacity to troubleshoot.

Work experience: 1-2 years Remuneration offered: 35000/- per month (non- negotiable)
