Job Title: Project Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Architect to lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience managing commercial projects from concept through construction.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative and impactful projects, including healthcare facilities and other specialized developments, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases, from concept design to project completion.

· Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical submissions.

· Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

· Manage project documentation, BOQs, tendering processes, and construction-related activities.

· Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams.

· Supervise, mentor, and manage junior architects and design team members.

· Ensure compliance with local building regulations, codes, and industry standards.

· Monitor project progress, resolve design and execution challenges, and support site coordination activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.

· Proven experience as a Project Architect with end-to-end project management responsibilities.





· Thorough knowledge of:

o Working Drawings o Design phases and process o BOQ Preparation o Tendering Processes o Construction Documentation

· Experience managing and mentoring junior architects and design teams.

· Strong understanding of project coordination, consultant management, and client communication.

· Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working on Healthcare, Hospital, or Medical Facility Projects.

· Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling).

· Experience with project submittals, approvals, and construction administration.

· Familiarity with industry-standard architectural software and project management tools.

· Experience of working on structural steel buildings and BIM will be added advantage
