Position Summary
Phenom Cloud is looking for a Program Manager (3–6 years) to lead and manage multiple projects within a program. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, manage dependencies, and drive successful delivery across cross-functional teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects within a program lifecycle.
- Define program scope, goals, and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Track program performance, risks, and dependencies.
- Communicate program status and insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Drive program governance and process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams for execution.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Technology, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in program or project management roles.
- Strong understanding of program management frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and dependencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- PMP, Agile, or related certifications.
- Experience with digital transformation or enterprise programs.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
