Job Role: Program Manager

Location- Gurugram, Haryana

Experience- 4 years+

We're looking for a Program Manager – RM Process to bring structure, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to how our RM (Relationship Manager) operations function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges using data, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities

 Analyse RM workflows to identify operational bottlenecks using data such as capacity, utilization, bucket sizing,

turnaround times, and throughput.

 Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes that improve efficiency and support growing business volumes.

 Develop and monitor dashboards and key operational metrics to provide real-time visibility into process health and performance.

 Partner closely with Product, Technology, Training, and Operations teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless execution.

 Apply operations research principles—including queuing theory, resource allocation,



and throughput optimization—to improve high-volume, people-intensive operations

What We're Looking For

 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Process Excellence, or a related function.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with data and build structured models to support decision-making.

 Experience in supply chain, operations, process management, or operational excellence. Candidates with backgrounds in banking, logistics, manufacturing operations, consulting, or similar industries are highly preferred.

 A systems-thinking mindset with a solid focus on identifying root causes, solving problems sustainably, and building scalable operational processes.

 Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive execution across multiple teams.
