Summary:

Work directly with clients to drive a program from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities include providing daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources. Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks, and challenges.

Support Senior

Associates and Managers to drive a large program or multiple projects, working closely with clients to identify business change and driving the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy. Manage large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. Manage budget for assigned project(s), develop and monitor project/program plan(s), and adjust resources and priorities accordingly. Align business unit, technical development, and support organizations.



Establish program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support, and technology groups. Prepare and present progress reports for senior management.

Responsibilities:

- All reports must be data-driven with transparent metrics and trend analysis.
- Qualification assessments must evaluate against all mandatory criteria: LOB-sponsored, broad transformation scope (not task automation), top/bottom line KPI impact, and mandatory use of AgentCore, Bedrock, and Strands SDK.
- Portfolio presentations must be suitable for senior management review without additional formatting.
- All deliverables must align with the Process Transformation Five-Pillar Framework.

Requirements:

- 5 years of relevant experience.
