Position: Program Executive-CSR

Place: Corporate Office, Bengaluru The person will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and strengthening the organization's education initiatives. The role requires a professional with strong program management skills, experience in education and community-based interventions, stakeholder engagement capabilities,

and the ability to ensure quality implementation, monitoring, documentation, and compliance. The person will work closely with NGO partners, schools, government departments, and internal teams to deliver high-impact education programs aligned with the organization's CSR strategy.

Program Planning & Management

- Plan, implement, and manage education projects aligned with the organization's CSR strategy

and program objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring,

evaluation, and closure.
- Develop annual work plans, implementation schedules, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with NGO partners, schools, education departments, local communities, and internal

stakeholders to ensure timely and effective program delivery.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation, identify challenges, and provide

technical support to partners.
- Track project performance using defined indicators and learning outcomes, ensuring continuous

improvement in program quality.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient utilization of

resources.

Partner Management

- Identify, onboard,



and manage implementation partners for education projects.
- Facilitate collaboration among partners, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts

to strengthen program implementation. Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and implement monitoring frameworks to assess project progress, outcomes, and

impact.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries.
- Document best practices, success stories, lessons learned, and case studies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge repositories.

Governance & Compliance
- Ensure education projects comply with CSR regulations, donor requirements, organizational

policies, and applicable statutory guidelines.
- Support due diligence, partner assessments, and grant management processes.
- Maintain accurate project records, approvals, financial documentation, and compliance reports.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have a Post graduate degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Development Studies).
- Must have 4 years or more experience in Education program/project management, in NGOs/

Multilateral agency-funded projects.
- Understanding and experience working in education.
- Robust understanding of grant management processes.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Open to travel to field in various geographies.
