Role Description The Program Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for guiding learners through AcceleratorX programs, including advising on course selection, tracking progress, and providing career-oriented feedback.

The Program

Consultant collaborates with instructors and internal teams to ensure program quality, participant engagement, and timely support. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, responding to learner queries, collecting feedback, and recommending improvements to program design and delivery. The role also involves maintaining accurate records,



preparing reports on learner outcomes, and supporting events, workshops, and information sessions.

Qualifications

- Program advisory and consulting skills, including the ability to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate learning paths.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct consultations, deliver presentations, and build relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Organizational and administrative skills for managing learner data, tracking progress, and preparing reports and documentation.
- Experience in education, training, career services, or career development programs is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, Human Resources, or Social Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, learner-focused environment with attention to detail and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
