Job Opportunity – Program Coordinator B.SAFE

About B.SAFE

B.SAFE is B.PAC's women empowerment initiative that designs and implements programmes promoting safer public spaces, inclusive mobility, and livelihood opportunities. Working closely with government agencies, police, civic bodies, CSR partners and communities, B.SAFE develops sustainable interventions that improve safety and economic opportunities for women.

The immediate focus of this role will be STHREE Drives , a livelihood programme that empowers women and transgenders from disadvantaged communities to become professional auto-rickshaw drivers through driving training, licensing support, financial literacy, life skills, road safety education and livelihood facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and monitor the implementation of various B.SAFE Programs

· Conduct field audits and surveys, maintain program data, data analysis and report writing activities

· Regular field visits to ensure solid on-ground execution and timely implementation and monitoring of project activities

· Support awareness programs, community outreach activities, and events.

· Assist in creating posters, social media creatives, and short videos for program communication.

· Ensure smooth coordination and effective implementation of program activities.

· Coordinate with program partners, vendors, CSR partners,



training agencies, and other stakeholders.

· Immediate program assignment will be B.PAC- STHREE Drives Program – a program for training Women Auto Drivers from various disadvantaged sections of society.

· This will involve:

§ Selecting and shortlisting candidates for the Program.

§ Engaging with women auto drivers and support them throughout the onboarding and training process

· Be willing to contribute to and support other B.PAC programs and initiatives, as required.

Preferred Profile and Skills:

· Passionate about social development, civic improvement, and women’s empowerment.

· Candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in women’s empowerment, community development, social initiatives, or project implementation will be preferred.

· Strong experience in executing and implementing projects on the ground is a key requirement.

· Basic skills in poster making and video editing.

· Good Kannada & English speaking and writing skills.

· Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to coordinate effectively with partners, vendors, CSR teams, and other stakeholders.

· Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for programme-related activities.
