? We're Hiring | Program Coordinator – Software Products & Project Delivery

At XpertLyte Technologies , we're looking for a dynamic Program Coordinator to bridge the gap between our clients and our internal product & engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate multiple software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.

✅ Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

✅ Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, UI/UX teams, and leadership to ensure timely execution.

✅ Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

✅ Facilitate sprint planning, status meetings, client demos, and project reviews.

✅ Prepare skilled presentations, project reports, and executive updates.

✅ Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and quality standards.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

✔ Solid understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .





✔ Experience coordinating software product development projects.

✔ Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3–8 years of experience in Project Coordination, Program Coordination, Product Operations, or Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
