Qualification
- Ph.D. in Nursing (Mandatory)
- M.Sc. Nursing with specialization in:
- Medical Surgical Nursing (MSN), or
- Obstetrics & Gynaecological Nursing (OBG)
Experience
10+ years of teaching, research, and academic administration experience in a reputed Nursing Institution/University.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and student assessment.
- Curriculum development and academic planning.
- Guide student research projects and dissertations.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.
- Ensure compliance with INC, UGC, and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain academic records and departmental documentation.
- Support admissions, outreach, and promotional activities.
- Foster industry-academia collaborations and research initiatives.
